We offer reliable shipping across Malaysia, primarily partnering with Pos Laju (Pos Malaysia) to ensure your items arrive safely. Our standard delivery timelines and rates are as follows:

West Malaysia: Delivery takes 2–4 working days. Standard shipping fees apply, and we offer Free Shipping for orders above a certain amount.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Delivery takes 5–7 working days. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total package weight.

Once your order is confirmed and full payment is received, we will immediately process the order and secure full payment with Sonic HQ to initiate production. The standard production and delivery lead time is 60 to 90 days.
Yes, you can. However, please note that customized orders do not follow the standard official retail pricing; quotes are calculated bespoke based on your specific requirements. The lead time for custom orders is 90 to 120 days. This extended timeframe includes a brief built-in "cooling-off period" at the start to allow for final confirmations before production begins and changes can no longer be made.
No. Once the contract/order is signed and payment is made, production begins immediately at the factory. Therefore, we strictly do not accept any cancellations, returns, or refunds.
You have two options for shipping and logistics:

Self-Arranged Shipping: You can independently hire your own freight forwarder to handle the clearance and transport. Please note that Tools Guru will not be held responsible for any transit damages or losses for shipments managed by your own provider.

Full-Service Management: You can choose to have Tools Guru handle the entire logistics process, including customs clearance and direct delivery to your doorstep.

Yes, we do. Sea freight is our standard recommended option due to the heavy weight and bulky nature of automotive tools. However, for urgent or specialized cases, air freight is available. Please note that air freight pricing fluctuates weekly according to global market rates.
