Our Sonic warranty program has been compiled with care to communicate our policy clearly and transparently, aiming to support our partners and customers as best as possible. Sonic offers three levels of warranty periods for different product group selections. For comprehensive information regarding our warranty terms, please refer to our warranty conditions, which are a part of the general terms and conditions.

Your primary point of contact for warranty matters is the place where you purchased the product. The general terms and conditions of the selling party apply to the purchase.
Always read the manual before using the product, and do not open or modify it, as this will void the warranty.

10 Year warranty

This part includes toolboxes, storage solutions and an extensive selection of hand tools offered by Sonic. The warranty covers manufacturing and production errors and defects in the product that have arisen under normal conditions of use.

This part includes electronic products, lifting products, special tools, impact tools and tools for heavy duty offered by Sonic. The warranty covers manufacturing and production errors and defects in the product that have arisen under normal conditions of use.

Consumable warranty

This part includes consumable products offered by Sonic. The warranty only covers factory and production errors and is valid for a maximum of 6 months after purchase.
