Snap-In Tubeless Rubber Valves (TR-414 Series)

Snap-In Tubeless Rubber Valves (Universal Series)

Small Part, Big Responsibility. Ensure Maximum Safety for Every Tyre Change.

In Malaysia’s hot climate and high-speed highway conditions, old tyre valves become brittle and crack, leading to dangerous "slow leaks." Every time you change a tyre at your shop, replacing the valve is the ToolsGURU standard for professional service. Our range of TR-series valves covers everything from motorcycles and passenger cars to light trucks.

Key Features & Selling Points

  • High-Grade Ozone Resistant Rubber: Specially manufactured to withstand Malaysia’s intense heat and UV exposure. These valves won't perish or crack prematurely, ensuring a perfect seal for the life of the tyre.

  • Full Range Coverage (TR413 to TR423): Whether it’s a standard Myvi rim, a deep-dish 4x4 wheel, or a commercial van rim, we have the specific height and stem width you need.

  • 100% Leak Tested: Every valve is built to handle high pressure (up to 65 PSI) and is equipped with a high-temperature valve core.

  • Snap-In Design: Precision-molded for a tight, "Snap-In" fit. Easy to install with a standard valve puller, saving time during peak shop hours.

🛠️ Tools "GURU" Application Tips!!

Don't let a 2-Ringgit part ruin a 200-Ringgit tyre job. Follow these ToolsGURU expert tips:

  1. The "New Tyre, New Valve" Rule: Always educate your customers that rubber degrades. A leaking valve is often mistaken for a puncture. By replacing it during every tyre change, you provide a "Zero-Comeback" guarantee.

  2. Size Matters: Ensure you check the Rim Hole size. While 11.3mm is the standard for most cars, using a TR415 (15.7mm) on a heavy-duty rim is critical for a leak-proof seal.

  3. Lubrication Hack: Use a tiny bit of tyre mounting paste or valve lubricant when pulling the valve through. It prevents the rubber from tearing and ensures the "locking rib" seats perfectly against the rim.

  4. Deep Rim Selection: For 4x4 enthusiasts with deep-dish rims, always suggest the TR418 or TR423. It makes it much easier for the owner to check their air pressure at the petrol station without struggling with short valves.
